Delivering Role-Based Content with Zoomin and Heretto

Technical product content is a key asset throughout the entire customer journey. As customers interact with your product or service, they need to find the information that’s most relevant and important to them. But, if you’re like most companies, you serve many different customers who hold a variety of different roles.

How can you provide each of them with the most relevant product content in the most scalable, cost-effective way? Glad you asked.

Join this webinar with Joe Gelb, President of Zoomin, and Patrick Bosek, CEO of Heretto, to learn how you can provide highly curated, highly personalized content experiences. They’ll reveal how Zoomin and Heretto work together to facilitate a streamlined authoring and end-user experience.

You’ll learn the following:
    • Why content personalization matters and how to achieve it
    • The impact of role-based content on customer experience
    • An overview of Zoomin and Heretto’s out-the-box connection

Patrick Bosek

Patrick is Co-Founder and CEO of Heretto. Since starting Jorsek, Patrick has worked on a wide range of projects all focused on improving authoring, production, and distribution of content. Most recently, his primary focus has been empowering the users of Jorsek’s flagship product — Heretto — and generally advancing the product documentation industry.

Patrick is a software industry professional specializing in developing, productizing, and solving problems with product content software. He is a skilled developer, thoughtful manager, and passionate customer advocate.

When not doing all that, he can be found cruising around on his motorcycle, climbing something dangerous, or crafting the perfect cup of coffee, but definitely not all three at the same time. He lives in Rochester, NY with his son Ezra and dog Lloyd.

Joe Gelb

As President of Zoomin, Joe spearheads the development of advanced technology solutions for dynamic content delivery. Zoomin delivers product answers to users whenever and wherever they need them.
