Patrick Bosek, Co-Founder & CEO
Patrick loves all things content and applies his technical acumen to developing, productizing, and solving problems with product content software. This is why Casey and he started this company together. Outside of that, he rides his motorcycle and makes coffee that makes him feel as fast as his motorcycle. He lives in Rochester, NY, with his son, Ezra, and a dog named Lloyd.
Casey Jordan, Co-Founder & CTO
Casey has been driving innovation in content management for 20+ years. His passion for finding elegant solutions to complex problems and bringing them into reality started while studying physics at the Rochester Institute of Technology and continued when he co-founded Heretto. In his downtime, he is a father of two, a Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor, and enjoys portrait and wildlife photography.
Karin Cross-Smith, President
With over 30 years as a software industry professional, Karin has worked in all facets of software management, from leading support, services, and operations organizations to directing globally dispersed product management and development teams. A lifelong resident and relentless enthusiast of Rochester, NY, Karin also enjoys cooking, reading, hanging out with her family, and hiking with her Labrador retrievers.
Eric Esfahanian, CRO
Eric brings 20 years of leadership experience with SaaS and software companies ranging from Fortune 50 corporations through early-stage growth companies. He joined Heretto in 2020 to lead all revenue-related operations. Eric lives and works in the Boston area with his wife, Tara, and two children, Ryan and Eric In his spare time, he enjoys writing, tennis, and road cycling.
Vivek Nanda, VP of Marketing
Vivek joined Heretto in 2019, bringing 16+ years of professional experience, including software engineering roles at Verizon and Oracle before switching full-time to marketing 10 years ago. Since then, he has grown SaaS startups from early stages to multimillion-dollar companies as the marketing and revenue leader. Vivek lives and works in New York City with his wife, Jennifer, daughter Viviana, and dog, Kichii. A two-time migrant, Vivek has lived and worked on three continents. Born and raised in India, he moved to Germany for his startup career, and then to the United States to launch and grow a healthcare startup.
Paul Connolly, VP of Product Development
With over 20 years of experience in software development, Paul specializes in building and leading high-performance teams throughout every aspect of the software development lifecycle. He greatly enjoys the process of crystalizing business visions down into efficient, maintainable software solutions. When he’s not learning new programming languages or frameworks, Paul also loves spending time with his family and playing jazz guitar.
