Content Management System (CMS)
A software solution or platform used to manage the creation, management, and publishing of digital content.
A content management system (CMS) is used by many industries to create and organize content. You can create, manage, store, and publish content from a CMS. Unlike a Component Content Management system, a CMS has limited ability to enrich content with metadata. A CMS is most often used for marketing content and less for technical content.
