Knowledge Base
A knowledge base serves as a digital hub of information, encompassing product documentation, FAQs, articles, guides, visuals, and videos.
Knowledge bases are typically created by organizations to store and distribute important and relevant information about their products or services. A Knowledge Base serves as a hub for customer self-service and can be used for troubleshooting. A good knowledge base is easy to navigate and has relevant, accurate information. A Knowledge Base is at risk if it’s not easily searchable, disorganized, and has out-of-date information.
